Dashboard lights and their causes

Anti-lock brake system (ABS)

You may continue driving. ABS will not work.

If it lights up with the BRAKE sign as well, STOP the car immediately!

Air Bag system failure
In most cases you may continue driving, but be aware that all your safety system is not functioning.

A fault in the automatic transmission case. you are running in safe mode now. Try to switch off and back on to reset it.

This warning lamp lights up if:

• The handbrake is on

• The brake fluid level is too low

• If there is a fault in the brake system

STOP the car immediately.

This warning lamp signals a fault in the alternator. STOP the car immediately.

A fault in the cruise control system.
you may continue driving, but be aware that all the cruise system will not function.

One of your car doors is open


Check Engine light You have a fault in one of the engine sensors. you may be in SAFE mode, so visit your mechanic ASAP	Hi beam light		Washer fluid is too low	Oil pressure is too low. Could be because oil level is too low. STOP the car immediately.	Steering wheel oil pressure is too low. Could be because oil level is too low. It is not recommended to continue driving.	Fasten Seat belt

A fault in the security system.

Could be a worn/defected key.

Try to replace or clean it.

A fault in the automatic transmission case. you are running in safe mode now. Try to switch off and back on to reset it.

Tyre Pressure is too low.

Inflate the tires and recheck.

Traction Control system failure.

You may continue driving, but be aware that your traction control system is not functioning.
